Barrie Deacon made a great header on MarquinhosEC's corner, it was just that Westra Aros SK's Egon Olsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Fausto Di Blasio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Egon Olsson made a huge save. Alessandro do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Egon Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Barrie Deacon came free, but Egon Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matei Răducu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Matei Răducu came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc. But to his dismay, Gökberk Özgenc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 46th minute Gökberk Özgenc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Harm de Freitas came free, but Egon Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Alessandro do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egon Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Westra Aros SK's Normando Portillo was substituted for Patrik Wacherhausen. After 61 minutes Westra Aros SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel Martini who took care of the corner kick. Pedrinho Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Westra Aros SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sonny Bäckström to maneuver through the defense. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökberk Özgenc in the 67th minute of play. Egon Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Di Blasio in the 70th minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 70th minute when Fausto Di Blasio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 76th minute Ismael Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Ismael Jenaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inácio Freitas struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Egon Olsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MarquinhosEC. Egon Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Freitas in the 83rd minute of play. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökberk Özgenc in the 88th minute of play. Matei Răducu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökberk Özgenc in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Freitas in the 92nd minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Egon Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Inácio Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. MarquinhosEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egon Olsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. MarquinhosEC's Matei Răducu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save MarquinhosEC from getting a goal against them.
