Cristinel Uncheşelu charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristinel Uncheşelu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Uncheşelu. 9 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Daniël Orange came free, but Vlad Covrig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Bramble sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to CarecaNeles F.C. getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Leonard Joks hit a great ball. Zhuang Xi Qiang made a great header on CarecaNeles F.C.'s corner, it was just that PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig managed to reach the ball for a save. CarecaNeles F.C.'s Zhuang Xi Qiang got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's zone, Victor Bramble stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Covrig came out of the goal and Victor Bramble tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Bramble took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vlad Covrig. Vlad Covrig dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Leonard Joks hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Vlad Covrig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Bramble in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Cristinel Uncheşelu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca defense, Victor Bramble kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vlad Covrig. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vlad Covrig should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes CarecaNeles F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bramble. 40 minutes into the match, Victor Bramble notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig. Vlad Covrig was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Strong Phoenix to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Uncheşelu to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, Victor Bramble had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vlad Covrig. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Bramble was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Bramble got free with Vlad Covrig in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vlad Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Joks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Strong Phoenix came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Strong Phoenix couldn't finish the play. Victor Bramble sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Bramble in the 64th minute of play. Olimpiu Fecioru's late challenge caught a CarecaNeles F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olimpiu Fecioru helped the player get up and apologised. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca from getting a goal against them. If Strong Phoenix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Covrig didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. If Leonard Joks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonard Joks who took care of the corner kick. Victor Bramble's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vlad Covrig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Cristinel Uncheşelu got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Cristinel Uncheşelu off the ground. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Cristinel Uncheşelu got a free kick in the 92nd minute. CarecaNeles F.C.'s Victor Bramble got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Strong Phoenix kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. CarecaNeles F.C. played a much better game than PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca and deserved their victory. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
