PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's John Osomo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 30th minute of play. Örjan Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. LOBO 1908's Prudencio Ixidor was substituted for Ernani Montenegro. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's attentive Frans Larsfelt managed to snatch the ball when Agustín Rodríguez made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Björkdahl in the 66th minute of play forced LOBO 1908's goalkeeper Adilson Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LOBO 1908 defense, Örjan Björkdahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adilson Moraes. The LOBO 1908 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adilson Moraes should have stopped the shot. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Kléberson Guedes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fergus Forester in the 76 minute of the game. John Osomo made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Prudencio Ixidor sent off a good shot on target. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
