Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovando Vera in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allan Hedvall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clodoveo Ponce struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Allan Hedvall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MKS Pogoń Szczecin. Allan Hedvall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roch Chowaniec went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. MKS Pogoń Szczecin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aleksander Majewski in the 26th minute. After taking down the ball on MKS Pogoń Szczecin's corner Aleksander Majewski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Allan Hedvall quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Radomir Bazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Hedvall was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After the first half MKS Pogoń Szczecin were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Ignacy Rzegotka was substituted for Roch Chowaniec. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Dahlberg was the one to do the kick off. Allan Hedvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Bazan in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ovando Vera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Hedvall was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Clodoveo Ponce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Arne Nyström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC White Blues's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MKS Pogoń Szczecin the free kick. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC White Blues! Wiktor Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Persson in the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FC White Blues's Allan Hedvall got control of the ball when Clodoveo Ponce tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute Ignacy Rzegotka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Hedvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Hedvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacy Rzegotka, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute Li Xu Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Hedvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Andreas Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82nd play minutes Clodoveo Ponce shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Allan Hedvall and just under the crossbar into goal. Allan Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Ponce in the 87th minute of the match. Allan Hedvall was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Ignacy Rzegotka capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacy Rzegotka really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. FC White Blues's Allan Hedvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Rzegotka in the 96th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Ignacy Rzegotka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Allan Hedvall. FC White Blues's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacy Rzegotka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MKS Pogoń Szczecin walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
