With an all-out effort, Victory VIVIP Team's Erik Grøneng threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulryk Przewozik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Erik Grøneng successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ludomir Gieraltowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Rolado in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Ulryk Przewozik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Victory VIVIP Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunnah FC the free kick. Ulryk Przewozik hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Erik Grøneng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Pliszka, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victory VIVIP Team's goalkeeper Ludomir Gieraltowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 played minutes Victory VIVIP Team got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Przewozik. Erik Grøneng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulryk Przewozik in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, Gunnah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Anselius to maneuver through the defense. Gunnah FC's Erik Grøneng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Gunnah FC from getting a goal against them. Ludomir Gieraltowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Rolado in the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Witold Fedosz could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Erik Grøneng however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd minute of the match Victory VIVIP Team got a corner. Gunnah FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Borys Pliszka ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Pliszka in the 35th minute of play forced Gunnah FC's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite this Erik Grøneng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 44 played minutes Gunnah FC got a freekick which was hit by Eric Löfkvist. In the 46th minute Borys Pliszka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Grøneng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Borys Pliszka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erik Grøneng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Przewozik in the 54th minute of the match. Erik Grøneng came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Victory VIVIP Team's Ulryk Przewozik. But to his dismay, Ulryk Przewozik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Erik Grøneng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Fedosz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borys Pliszka charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Pliszka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gunnah FC booed when Victory VIVIP Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Pliszka didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Ted Boshuis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-1 became the score in the 64th minute when Ted Boshuis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Pliszka in the 66th minute of play forced Gunnah FC's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Memduh Teber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomir Gieraltowski having to interfere. In the 70th minute Arif Memduh Teber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomir Gieraltowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Gieraltowski came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gunnah FC's Arnaldo Rolado. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Rolado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Arnaldo Rolado kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Pliszka in the 90th minute of play forced Gunnah FC's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
