With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Fülep in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gadiel Gadov saved Leão de Judá from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Fülep in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gadiel Gadov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Venancio Reynardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the O rey Iván and the Leão de Judá players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Venancio Reynardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Bernardinho de Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aristides Barea. O rey Iván's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardinho de Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Leão de Judá booed when O rey Iván was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Reynardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Barea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano De Bruyne in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Leão de Judá got a corner. O rey Iván's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cesinha Pitta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leão de Judá's Bernardinho de Brito was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aristides Barea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Bernardinho de Brito put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Aristides Barea. Bernardinho de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. O rey Iván's Dionisio Orland got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Augusto Fliz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the O rey Iván fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Fliz couldn't finish the play. Nildo Leão hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. O rey Iván's Augusto Fliz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Leão de Judá getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Freddy Rincón hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute, Jonathan Rodas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. O rey Iván made a substitution. Jacinto Resto replaced Modesto Garcia. In the 66th minute, Bernardinho de Brito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Barea. The goal made the score 0-3. Bernardinho de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leão de Judá's Gadiel Gadov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Fliz in the 73rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Simon Hug made a precise shot to the right of Gadiel Gadov. Leão de Judá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3.
