Köping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Dampsaga the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Bøhler in the 14th minute of play forced Köping's goalkeeper Jens Bohlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Dyrstad came free, but Jens Bohlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bøhler came free, but Jens Bohlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Dampsaga's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FK Dampsaga were furious when Ingvar Björkdahl was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FK Dampsaga! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Lidström was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Adrian Brander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th match minute, FK Dampsaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Bøhler to maneuver through the defense. Eilif Stavrum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens Bohlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Even Solevåg in the 67th minute of the match. Even Solevåg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Bohlin having to interfere. Jens Bohlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Bøhler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 minutes Köping's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Morten Førland who took care of the corner kick. In the 74th minute, Köping's Alex Lidström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. A collision led to Köping getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Andréas Ersman hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bøhler came free, but Jens Bohlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match FK Dampsaga got a corner. Köping's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Morten Førland ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FK Dampsaga's Morten Førland to fire away a dangerous shot which Jens Bohlin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Eilif Stavrum notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Köping's Jens Bohlin. Jens Bohlin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Kristen Gulskov managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Köping's Alex Lidström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Blængur Guðbjarnason struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Kristen Gulskov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Köping.
