The Köping fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Köping's Adrian Brander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Lidström in the 21st minute of play forced Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Modesto Santikurtz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens Bohlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni De Yun in the 29th minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play, Diego Eterno's Ni De Yun made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Bohlin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Modesto Santikurtz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Brander in the 33rd minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Köping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Lidström to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, David Cefero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ni De Yun to strike the kick off in the second half. Jens Bohlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni De Yun in the 51st minute of play. Köping's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Lidström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens Bohlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ni De Yun, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Santikurtz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Köping players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Diego Eterno.
