The shot was a little too simple and Wit Literski could save by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Cesar Belo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Keyes's Wit Literski. Wit Literski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio-Paul Caniggia got free with Wit Literski in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th match minute, Keyes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Gotfryd to maneuver through the defense. Wit Literski was a little too slow when Gustavo López got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-5. Wit Literski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Valentin Valentine sent off a good shot on target. After 93rd play minutes Valentin Valentine shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Wit Literski and just under the crossbar into goal.
