After some careless play in the Libra defense, Dariusz Brysz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Olsson. The Libra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Olsson should have stopped the shot. If Dariusz Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Dariusz Brysz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Valdemar Olsson to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 11th minute of play forced Libra's goalkeeper Valdemar Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Libra's Eugênio Rocha got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Gilabert got free with Valdemar Olsson in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Viktoras Rurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdemar Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 29th minute. Valdemar Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Gustavo Severiano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Libra's Valdemar Olsson did a great save. 34 minutes into the match, Dariusz Brysz notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Libra's Valdemar Olsson. Valdemar Olsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valdemar Olsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dariusz Brysz went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Libra's Valdemar Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armin Nestares to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Brysz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdemar Olsson was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After 55 minutes of play, FC Devils's Dariusz Brysz made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The corner led FC Devils's Amado Gilabert to fire away a dangerous shot which Valdemar Olsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gustavo Severiano hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th match minute, Libra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Adams to maneuver through the defense. Valdemar Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Brysz in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Libra's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Brysz came free, but Valdemar Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Brysz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdemar Olsson having to make a save. Valdemar Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Brysz in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Sigge Fürst came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Dariusz Brysz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dariusz Brysz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Devils's Konstanty Fronczak was substituted for Tom Giliusson. FC Devils made a substitution. Tobiasz Orszak replaced Viktoras Rurin. 85 minutes into the game, Dariusz Brysz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Valdemar Olsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the FC Devils players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
