AJ Juventus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC GURZUN the free kick. After 7 played minutes AJ Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidoro Pedron. Sérgio Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duško Zambata in the 9th minute of play. Duško Zambata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Sérgio Vargas made a huge save. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when AJ Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benja Villaraud didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ettore Madaio hit a great ball. Duško Zambata did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Sérgio Vargas 17 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes AJ Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Illan Mendoza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duško Zambata in the 26th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Sérgio Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 played minutes AJ Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidoro Pedron. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Madaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the last second Sérgio Vargas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Duško Zambata in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 39 minutes into the match, Duško Zambata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Vargas. FC GURZUN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Duško Zambata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 43 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Sidoro Pedron came free, but Sérgio Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, AJ Juventus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Reno to maneuver through the defense. AJ Juventus FC's Cosme Reno got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duško Zambata was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duško Zambata in the 50th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Sérgio Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute Sidoro Pedron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AJ Juventus FC's Mambru Puertas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Madaio in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Sidoro Pedron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AJ Juventus FC made a substitution. Gwidon Kaczor replaced Damian Zahonero. After 62 minutes FC GURZUN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leoncio Abarzua who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on AJ Juventus FC's corner Leoncio Abarzua fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sérgio Vargas quite easily take care of the ball. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nae Hurmuzache, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Matei Cozmâncă replaced Ettore Madaio. The corner led AJ Juventus FC's Leoncio Abarzua to fire away a dangerous shot which Sérgio Vargas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidoro Pedron in the 88th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Sérgio Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkinoos Margaritas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Alkinoos Margaritas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leoncio Abarzua kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC GURZUN players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AJ Juventus FC.
