After 7 played minutes Black Cloud FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Björkqvist. Ediberto de Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ediberto de Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tolga Kural made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Guimarães in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto de Queirós in the 13th minute of play forced Black Cloud FC's goalkeeper Tolga Kural to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reginaldo Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyle Coppack having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Anıl Cenk Tanacan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Anıl Cenk Tanacan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lyle Coppack. The goal made the score 1-0. Tolga Kural came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Luiz Fábio Guimarães. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Lyle Coppack made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Anıl Cenk Tanacan sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Black Cloud FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik De Roost came free, but Tolga Kural reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black Cloud FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven-Ove Björkqvist took the corner. The corner led Black Cloud FC's Sven-Ove Björkqvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Lyle Coppack despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fábio Guimarães in the 42nd minute of play forced Black Cloud FC's goalkeeper Tolga Kural to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lyle Coppack stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anıl Cenk Tanacan's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Cenk Tanacan to strike the kick off in the second half. Anıl Cenk Tanacan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lyle Coppack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Cenk Tanacan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Black Cloud FC's Tolga Kural played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Guimarães in the 55th minute of play. Tolga Kural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fábio Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolga Kural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Stolniceanu in the 60th minute of the match. Reginaldo Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyle Coppack having to make a save. After 64 minutes, Romulo Cordarell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black Cloud FC and the Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely players grew even worse after the yellow card.
