Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mathijs Rokeloos started the match with the kick off. Damaso Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Jean-Louis Van Bever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KFC Cromvelde's Cosmin Contra got a free kick in the 6th minute. Jimmy Zambata's late challenge caught a KFC Cromvelde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy Zambata helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KFC Cromvelde booed when Cityzens Mdz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmy Zambata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Cityzens Mdz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanner Ringler to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes in the game Cosmin Contra did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Matthias Wauters. KFC Cromvelde's Andries Vermeiren suffered a concussion in the 15th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 15 minutes, Tanner Ringler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cityzens Mdz and the KFC Cromvelde players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Tanner Ringler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimmy Zambata kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Melkior Thorslev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 24th minute of the match. Melkior Thorslev made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Mathijs Rokeloos sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd match minute, Cityzens Mdz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Lain to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Cityzens Mdz's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Heinz Kaltz came free, but Melkior Thorslev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cosmin Contra got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Matthias Wauters. Jean-Louis Van Bever made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Lain in the 55th minute. Melkior Thorslev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathijs Rokeloos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes Cityzens Mdz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dé 武松 who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on KFC Cromvelde's corner Julien Moons fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Melkior Thorslev quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathijs Rokeloos in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melkior Thorslev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damaso Lain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zaid Paker's late challenge caught a KFC Cromvelde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zaid Paker helped the player get up and apologised. Zaid Paker hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Marut in the 77th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cityzens Mdz were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after KFC Cromvelde's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lukasz Marut took the corner. Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Heinz Kaltz in the 80th minute of play. Melkior Thorslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathijs Rokeloos, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Willem-Alexander Vercauteren made a precise shot to the right of Melkior Thorslev. Cityzens Mdz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Tanner Ringler hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Melkior Thorslev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé 武松 in the 95th minute of the match.
