In the 3rd minute Reinard Hennes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Verstappen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, one of Twelve Ravens:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Twelve Ravens. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for GreenUnited. Joao Zuazo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roland Vanden Broucke. 1-0. Roland Vanden Broucke came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by GreenUnited's Joao Zuazo. But to his dismay, Joao Zuazo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Pierre Van Hinnendael hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Twelve Ravens's attentive Yanick Goosens managed to snatch the ball when Romeu Alagoano made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Twelve Ravens's goalkeeper Roland Vanden Broucke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Twelve Ravens's Pierre Van Hinnendael got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Max Stevens made a kick off. If Tibor Van Bever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Max Farr came free, but Roland Vanden Broucke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastián Torrico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Van Hinnendael in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Max Stevens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Vanden Broucke was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 72ndth minute of the game Max Stevens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the game, GreenUnited's Max Farr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Vanden Broucke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Twelve Ravens's Jamie Figaro was substituted for Reinard Hennes. In the 80th minute, Tibor Van Bever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Max Stevens sped through Twelve Ravens's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roland Vanden Broucke. After 87 minutes, Max Stevens made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Şerbănescu in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Max Farr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Vanden Broucke. Twelve Ravens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Max Farr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Twelve Ravens's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
