Mao Zhen Hong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pierre Pogba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia Monte Gordo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Hever was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Mukenio's players had a chance to rest. Deportivo Mukenio's Ismael Gimenez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Mukenio from getting a goal against them. Fabrício Lustosa scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Gimenez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ismael Gimenez made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Pascual Mouricio sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Mukenio's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adérito Abreu made a great header on Academia Monte Gordo's corner, it was just that Deportivo Mukenio's Ismael Gimenez managed to reach the ball for a save. 45 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Akarsu came free, but Mao Zhen Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fryderyk Grucza in the 54th minute of play. Mao Zhen Hong was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Ramon Rius capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ramon Rius really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Mao Zhen Hong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Akarsu in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong got control of the ball when Ramon Rius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Academia Monte Gordo's Mao Zhen Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Rius in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd play minute Aziz Akarsu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mao Zhen Hong. 2-2. Aziz Akarsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Mao Zhen Hong made a huge save. Deportivo Mukenio's supporters rose to their feet, but Aziz Akarsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mao Zhen Hong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Arana Ponta hit a great ball. Many of Deportivo Mukenio's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Deportivo Mukenio may have spent more time on the ball, but Academia Monte Gordo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
