An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Bizen in the 2nd minute of play forced BraveHearts United's goalkeeper Karl Björk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Yala's Zeledon Curcio got control of the ball when Robin Nyström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeledon Curcio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Carolo Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Yala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwendal Puig to maneuver through the defense. Yala's Zeledon Curcio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Yala from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Lixandro got free with Zeledon Curcio in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Marius Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Curcio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yala's Zeledon Curcio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Brun in the 18th minute of play. Marius Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Zeledon Curcio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BraveHearts United's zone, Carolo Bizen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Björk came out of the goal and Carolo Bizen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CJ Townsleys short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Zeledon Curcio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Victoriano Lixandro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeledon Curcio. The goal made the score 1-0. Yala's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Esteve Abechuco in the 36th minute. Carolo Bizen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Björk having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Brun came free, but Zeledon Curcio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Zeledon Curcio was a little too slow when Marius Brun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when CJ Townsley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Esteve Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeledon Curcio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Brun in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Robin Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Arnaud Konieczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yala's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Esteve Abechuco in the 62nd minute. Arnaud Konieczny scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Björk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeledon Curcio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Lixandro in the 67th minute of the match. Alberto Jaunti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Karl Björk made a huge save. Yala's Zeledon Curcio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Rosén in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Jaunti got free with Karl Björk in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zeledon Curcio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Lixandro in the 76th minute of play. After 78 minutes, Alberto Jaunti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yala and the BraveHearts United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Yala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Curcio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yala's Zeledon Curcio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Brun in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Yala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Claude to maneuver through the defense. BraveHearts United's Östen Sellberg got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 minutes of play, BraveHearts United's CJ Townsley made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Curcio was left in no man's land by his defense there! BraveHearts United made a substitution. Mats Hagström replaced Marius Brun. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind BraveHearts United's goalkeeper Karl Björk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karl Björk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Valentine's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Freddy Valentine's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Björk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BraveHearts United had won after a very even match.
