Spike Bond's late challenge caught a Sporting Savaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Spike Bond helped the player get up and apologised. Spike Bond kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Albert Henry didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kálmán Mbappè went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when István Benke came free, but Albert Henry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Henry came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Savaria's István Benke. But to his dismay, István Benke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 18th minute, Adorján Mónos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Henry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Laczkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Henry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from István Benke in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Laczkó came free, but Albert Henry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute István Benke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Henry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Kálmán Mbappè shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Henry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kálmán Mbappè scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Henry, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th match minute, Sporting Savaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by János Gáspár to maneuver through the defense.

Memphis Grizzlies's Albert Henry proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Memphis Grizzlies from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Spike Bond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márton Gombos was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Kálmán Mbappè hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A collision led to Memphis Grizzlies getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Matthijs De Ligt hit a great ball. If Alajos McAllister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Henry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lajos Laczkó, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Sporting Savaria's Adorján Mónos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albert Henry made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Albert Henry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kálmán Mbappè in the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Sporting Savaria booed when Memphis Grizzlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Kay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciarán Symons made in the 85th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Spike Bond. In the 88th match minute, Sporting Savaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferenc Beckenbauer to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Savaria left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Memphis Grizzlies.
