The referee ignored Charmander City's protests and gave Herminio Mino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Charmander City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Mino to maneuver through the defense. Charmander City's Feliks Dec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Smith in the 23rd minute of play. Feliks Dec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Krakaca Neto sped through Charmander City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Feliks Dec. Jiang Zheng Shu came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Carlos Andrade could save by the left post. João Carlos Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The Futuros FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Futuros FC's Marcos Fernandes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Feliks Dec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Smith, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute of the game Mai Xun Kang made a throw-in which Beto Smith played forward. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jiang Zheng Shu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Beto Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Dec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Feliks Dec made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Charmander City's goal looked a bit too open when Krakaca Neto came free, but Feliks Dec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-4 became the score in the 68th minute when Krakaca Neto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Charmander City made a substitution. Jose Rayman replaced Benigno Qwinton. Charmander City's Feliks Dec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krakaca Neto in the 77th minute of play. Feliks Dec made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Marcos Fernandes sent off a good shot on target. Krakaca Neto scored 0-5 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliks Dec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Fernandes got free with Feliks Dec in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Futuros FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
