The Celestiales fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Celestiales's Santiago Abreu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Simon Högberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Brion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestiales's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albano Millan in the 20th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Saverio Brion heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Izydor Roman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Bennvar Noobel made a huge save. Simon Högberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, Celestiales's Saverio Brion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Högberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, Celestiales's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang Fan Yun came free, but Bennvar Noobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Celestiales's Rigoberto Botello got a free kick in the 47th minute. Celestiales's Isaias Laurin was substituted for Saverio Brion. A collision led to Celestiales getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Rigoberto Botello hit a great ball. After the first half Celestiales were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Abreu got free with Simon Högberg in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celestiales's Bennvar Noobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Roman in the 56th minute of play. Simon Högberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Abreu in the 58th minute of play. Simon Högberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Laurin in the 64th minute of the match. Santiago Abreu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eustaquio Eudoxio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Högberg was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Tomasz Dziura made a precise shot to the right of Bennvar Noobel. Celestiales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back made a substitution. Czeslaw Dubilas replaced Izydor Roman. Bennvar Noobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Dubilas in the 80th minute of play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Eustaquio Eudoxio sped through Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Simon Högberg. With a little luck, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Simon Högberg got control of the ball when Eustaquio Eudoxio tried to sneak it across the goal line.
