The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match C.F PESTUZOS got a corner. Cheeky Nuts United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Inguma Briso ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Inguma Briso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cheeky Nuts United's Olof Skretting did a great save. In the 5th minute, Migúel Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Negara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Lundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Lundberg took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Negara. Victor Negara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 16 minutes, Mikolaj Siwy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.F PESTUZOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Siwy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.F PESTUZOS's Victor Negara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Lundberg in the 18th minute of play. Cheeky Nuts United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stathis Konstantakis in the 20th minute. Olof Skretting made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Mikolaj Siwy sent off a good shot on target. Inguma Briso made a great header on C.F PESTUZOS's corner, it was just that Cheeky Nuts United's Olof Skretting managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, C.F PESTUZOS's Adrián Quintana got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, C.F PESTUZOS's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Lundberg came free, but Victor Negara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.F PESTUZOS's goalkeeper Victor Negara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st match minute, Cheeky Nuts United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Austad to maneuver through the defense. After 33rd play minutes Jon-Erik Vedøy shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Victor Negara and just under the crossbar into goal. Olof Skretting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Siwy in the 37th minute of the match. When Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.F PESTUZOS's goalie prevented a goal. Cheeky Nuts United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Mikolaj Siwy scored to the left of an out of position Olof Skretting, making the score, 1-2. C.F PESTUZOS made a substitution. Arash Tiger replaced Martín Santiago. After the first half Cheeky Nuts United were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Lundberg to make the kick off. Jon-Erik Vedøys short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Victor Negara to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. C.F PESTUZOS's Victor Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save C.F PESTUZOS from getting a goal against them. Olof Skretting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arash Tiger in the 56th minute of the match. If Mikolaj Siwy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jon-Erik Vedøy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Victor Negara made a huge save. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.F PESTUZOS's goalkeeper Victor Negara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute Mikolaj Siwy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Skretting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, C.F PESTUZOS's goalkeeper Victor Negara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy. After some careless play in the Cheeky Nuts United defense, Arash Tiger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olof Skretting. The Cheeky Nuts United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olof Skretting should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Erik Vedøy got free with Victor Negara in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Bjarne Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Negara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Lundberg in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C.F PESTUZOS's zone, Jon-Erik Vedøy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Negara came out of the goal and Jon-Erik Vedøy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
