In the 6th minute Elias Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bernotas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Girkantas Bernotas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes of play, BloodHounds F.C.'s Elias Chico made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Girkantas Bernotas was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sivert Westerstrand fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zendraget BK's protests and gave Sivert Westerstrand a yellow card for diving instead. Girkantas Bernotas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Chico, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Elias Chico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Elias Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bernotas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Zendraget BK defense, Elias Chico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Girkantas Bernotas. The Zendraget BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Girkantas Bernotas should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Chico in the 32nd minute of play forced Zendraget BK's goalkeeper Girkantas Bernotas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Zendraget BK's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Chico came free, but Girkantas Bernotas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Zendraget BK got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Antoszewski. In the 39th minute BloodHounds F.C. were awarded a corner. Alfonso Jacindo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alfonso Jacindo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Girkantas Bernotas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Girkantas Bernotas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elias Chico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Girkantas Bernotas having to make a save. Zendraget BK's Girkantas Bernotas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Chico in the 67th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, BloodHounds F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Cordera to maneuver through the defense. After 72 played minutes Zendraget BK got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Antoszewski. BloodHounds F.C.'s Ivo Queiroz was substituted for Elias Chico. After a rather tough play, Zendraget BK's Fabian Antoszewski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Axelsson in the 77th minute of play forced BloodHounds F.C.'s goalkeeper Astor Ruy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zendraget BK's Girkantas Bernotas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Zendraget BK from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute Samuel Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Girkantas Bernotas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Queiroz in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Ivo Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bernotas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The tension between the BloodHounds F.C. and the Zendraget BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. BloodHounds F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
