The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Los Gaticidas's Claudio Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Taranto in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Gaticidas's Fábio Rochemback got a free kick in the 4th minute. Gustavo Peralta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Umbruso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Claudio Umbruso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konstantin Butylin's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. A hard shot 18 in the game by Elvio Panpili from a close distance when the talented Elpidio Bilintx managed to make a qualified save. Gladiator FC's players were relieved. 18 minutes into the game, Elvio Panpili lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Elpidio Bilintx. Claudio Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Taranto in the 21st minute of play. Carlo Taranto kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Claudio Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Butylin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gladiator FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Tití Fernandes Braga scored to the left of an out of position Elpidio Bilintx, making the score, 2-0. Gladiator FC's Elpidio Bilintx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiator FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Zhi Qi in the 38th minute of play forced Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Bilintx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Gladiator FC's Konstantin Butylin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Umbruso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Tití Fernandes Braga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Bilintx when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantin Butylin in the 47th minute of play forced Los Gaticidas's goalkeeper Claudio Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After having played for 54 minutes, Elvio Panpili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Gaticidas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Panpili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxi Kon in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Umbruso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Los Gaticidas's Felipe Sesuldo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Gladiator FC made a substitution. Federico Bianco replaced Maxi Kon. Felipe Sesuldo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Elpidio Bilintx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Silbestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlo Taranto took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Umbruso. Claudio Umbruso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Claudio Umbruso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantin Butylin in the 88th minute. After 90 minutes Los Gaticidas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vaggelis Mitsiou who took care of the corner kick. After 93 minutes, Lu Zhi Qi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Gaticidas and the Gladiator FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Gaticidas's Lu Zhi Qi got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Konstantin Butylin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Umbruso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gladiator FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
