AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Koolkerke from getting a goal against them. Prospero Orlan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ulises Steven firmly grabbed it by the left post. Asmund Marchorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Smits, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 58th minute, Tang Di Nan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Rodas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulises Steven. AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Muten's Asmund Marchorst got control of the ball when Robertinho Carabajal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulises Steven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Orlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robertinho Carabajal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asmund Marchorst having to interfere. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Orlan in the 87th minute of play. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Orlan in the 88th minute of play. With 89 minutes on the clock, Urtsua Macías commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Muten. Prospero Orlan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ulises Steven. 1-0. After some careless play in the AFC Koolkerke defense, Ridouane Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulises Steven. The AFC Koolkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulises Steven should have stopped the shot. Muten's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
