The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sidney Souza hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BENA FK's Eskil Billock got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ronny Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Neto in the 16th minute of the match. Durval Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Anthon Åström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Oséias Dantas made a huge save. After 28 played minutes BENA FK got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Billock. AC Korban's Oséias Dantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save AC Korban from getting a goal against them. In the last second Oséias Dantas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kant Spel in the 36thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 38th minute BENA FK were awarded a corner. Fedai Oktan went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Fedai Oktan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC Korban's Oséias Dantas did a great save. With an all-out effort, BENA FK's Oséias Dantas threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Camilo Francho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Neto in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Sundström saved BENA FK from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

BENA FK's Zachary Anszczak was substituted for Camilo Francho. The supporters of BENA FK booed when AC Korban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Zé Carlos Furlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute of the match AC Korban got a corner. BENA FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Igor Neto ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Kléber da Silveira heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Dragoş Panaiteanu made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kant Spel. Oséias Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Utter in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Neto came free, but Ronny Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Utter in the 92nd minute of play forced AC Korban's goalkeeper Oséias Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to AC Korban getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Zé Carlos Furlan hit a great ball. There was no doubt that BENA FK were the better team. BENA FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
