Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Themos Leontiadis kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Themos Leontiadis got free with Isaias Baleren in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaias Baleren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Themos Leontiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Baleren having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Panionios MK's Allan Corrigan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaias Baleren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Idacio in the 10th minute of play forced Panionios MK's goalkeeper Erik Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Panionios MK's Themos Leontiadis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaias Baleren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14thth minute of the game Themos Leontiadis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gloria's Isaias Baleren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Panionios MK's Themos Leontiadis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaias Baleren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Panionios MK were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Gloria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Argyris Ksagorarakis took the corner. After taking down the ball on Panionios MK's corner Argyris Ksagorarakis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isaias Baleren quite easily take care of the ball. In the 25th minute, Themos Leontiadis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Haroldo Maule, made in the 27th minute of the game. Themos Leontiadis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Isaias Baleren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themos Leontiadis in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Baleren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Panionios MK's Themos Leontiadis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isaias Baleren. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. Panionios MK's Erik Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Idacio in the 34th minute of play. Isaias Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis in the 36th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Haroldo Maule in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis. Gloria's Isaias Baleren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themos Leontiadis in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the game, Haroldo Maule threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panionios MK's Erik Vale quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Panionios MK's attentive Antonis Linardakis managed to snatch the ball when Haroldo Maule made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Themos Leontiadis made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Baleren. Gloria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themos Leontiadis in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Baleren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Themos Leontiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Themos Leontiadis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Baleren having to make a save. Isaias Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Leontiadis in the 65th minute of play. Primitivo Claus's late challenge caught a Panionios MK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Claus helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Panionios MK booed when Gloria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Themos Leontiadis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panionios MK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Themos Leontiadis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Panionios MK's Dimosthenis Ploumoudis got a free kick in the 76th minute. Themos Leontiadis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81stth minute of the game Allan Corrigan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gloria's Isaias Baleren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Haroldo Maule in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Panionios MK's Antonis Linardakis. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Silvano Admon took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Erik Vale to make any attempt to save it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panionios MK had played much better football throughout.
