In the 31stth minute of the game Dinei Fernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Incoinsight's Edgar Spiru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dinei Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Merceron United's Daniele Bucciarelli got control of the ball when Mugurel Păltineanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edoardo Pascucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Spiru was relentless in the 37th minute of the game.
