Anton Beck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denimir Tzonkov in the 6th minute of play. VN BAKITO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Blagoy Banovski in the 8th minute. In the 8th minute, Mehmet Bedri Vuralhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denimir Tzonkov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anton Beck having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Blom in the 19th minute of play forced VN BAKITO's goalkeeper Ruslan Rúklyov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szimbas Lejonflock's Anton Beck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denimir Tzonkov in the 21st minute of play. Denimir Tzonkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Anton Beck made a huge save. Ruslan Rúklyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Mourinho in the 26th minute of play. Szimbas Lejonflock's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Simon Askelöf in the 27th minute. Szimbas Lejonflock's Simon Askelöf was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ruslan Rúklyov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ruslan Rúklyov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 37th minute, Denimir Tzonkov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anton Beck, passed just outside the right post. VN BAKITO's Blagoy Banovski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Billy Dahlberg, made in the 39th minute of the game. Anton Beck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denimir Tzonkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denimir Tzonkov got free with Anton Beck in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denimir Tzonkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anton Beck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, VN BAKITO's Yani Dandolov got a free kick in the 46th minute. Ruslan Rúklyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Blom in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denimir Tzonkov made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Szimbas Lejonflock's Caetano Mourinho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruslan Rúklyov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruslan Rúklyov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Caetano Mourinho in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruslan Rúklyov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 70th match minute, Szimbas Lejonflock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Dahlberg to maneuver through the defense. Szimbas Lejonflock's Sixten Blomkvist was substituted for Billy Dahlberg. In the 71st minute, Billy Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mei Zhi Jun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Beck having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Szimbas Lejonflock's Caetano Mourinho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruslan Rúklyov. That made the score 0-2 after 75 minutes of play. With a little luck, VN BAKITO's Ruslan Rúklyov got control of the ball when Edgar Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Denimir Tzonkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Beck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Andersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruslan Rúklyov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Andersson ran back to his position shaking his head. When VN BAKITO's Zhu Ning Ning in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Szimbas Lejonflock's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Szimbas Lejonflock's Mats Hummels got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ruslan Rúklyov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Morat's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Szimbas Lejonflock supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Szimbas Lejonflock would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
