In the 8th minute Lisandro Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Genílson Dante managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when SAN LORENZO FC's Lisandro Nuñez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 21st minute of the match, Artur Quintas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genílson Dante was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Lisandro Nuñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Eriberto Araújo in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SAN LORENZO FC's Lv Ang Jing. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Artur Quintas got a free kick in the 29th minute. Lisandro Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson Dante having to interfere. Genílson Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Nuñez in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when BARBARIDADE G.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Gamarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. SAN LORENZO FC's Allan Blom couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN LORENZO FC the free kick. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when BARBARIDADE G.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goalkeeper Genílson Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Nuñez. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerônimo Moreno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dario Astigar was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Jerônimo Moreno capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerônimo Moreno really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. 58 minutes into the match, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Nuñez came free, but Genílson Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to BARBARIDADE G.M. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Per-Arne Ström hit a great ball. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Ciriaco Cordarrell replaced Lisandro Nuñez. Wen Lang Qing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genílson Dante having to make a save. In the 80th minute Ciriaco Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genílson Dante having to make a save. SAN LORENZO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shao Zhen Xiao in the 85th minute. The corner ended in Shao Zhen Xiao almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Genílson Dante did a great save. In the 87th minute, Ciriaco Cordarrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genílson Dante was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Ciriaco Cordarrell put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Genílson Dante. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Genílson Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 94th minute of play. Mathias Moura hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
