Lennart Palmquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Hoffmann's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. With his leg Lennart Palmquist managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Pendotiba's Paulo Neves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 11 minutes into the match, Pendotiba's Paulo Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lennart Palmquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lennart Palmquist made a huge save. Kuno Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Viberg in the 17th minute of play. Lennart Palmquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Neves's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Olivedals BK's zone, Paulo Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Palmquist came out of the goal and Paulo Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Olivedals BK's Klas Jakobsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Cristian Hoffmann took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lennart Palmquist to make any attempt to save it. Lennart Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Neves in the 36th minute of play. Paulo Neves was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Pendotiba's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Olivedals BK's Lennart Palmquist got control of the ball when Paulo Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lennart Palmquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Hoffmann made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Olivedals BK's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Neves came free, but Lennart Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neves in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Olivedals BK booed when Pendotiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pendotiba's Allan Arruda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Klas Jakobsson, made in the 66th minute of the game. Paulo Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Paulo Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pendotiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Palmquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinei Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olivedals BK's goalie prevented a goal. After 80 minutes, Paulo Neves made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Olivedals BK's Lennart Palmquist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Niklas Larsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Olivedals BK booed when Pendotiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Paulo Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pendotiba's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
