The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernard Motowski got free with Yiğit Pekiner in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. TEATRomaniacy's Yiğit Pekiner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save TEATRomaniacy from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Marcos Lluis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Pekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sune Åkesson fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TEATRomaniacy's protests and gave Sune Åkesson a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes TEATRomaniacy got a freekick which was hit by Sune Åkesson. Aprígio Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandez Pizaño in the 61st minute of play.
