Semail Kılıçer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atacan Rahim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Atacan Rahim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semail Kılıçer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elite™- FC Galácticos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nikos Kladogennis in the 16th minute. Atacan Rahim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Semail Kılıçer having to make a save. Newells Old Boys's Semail Kılıçer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 18th minute of play. Atacan Rahim might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Semail Kılıçer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atacan Rahim ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Atacan Rahim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 24th minute, Atacan Rahim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Semail Kılıçer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Atacan Rahim got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Atacan Rahim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semail Kılıçer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atacan Rahim in the 36th minute of play forced Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Semail Kılıçer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atacan Rahim in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Semail Kılıçer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute Atacan Rahim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semail Kılıçer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes Newells Old Boys's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nikos Kladogennis who took care of the corner kick. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Fri Spel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Semail Kılıçer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Newells Old Boys's Semail Kılıçer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Atacan Rahim made the kick off in the second half. Lokman Sağlamtürk hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Atacan Rahim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Semail Kılıçer having to make a save. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when Newells Old Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babür Hamurcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Semail Kılıçer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atacan Rahim, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Fabian Zabrzeski was substituted for Nikos Kladogennis. After a rather tough play, Newells Old Boys's Osman Ali Sağlam got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Semail Kılıçer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Fabian Zabrzeski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elite™- FC Galácticos's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Zabrzeski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Semail Kılıçer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Newells Old Boys defense, Gino Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Semail Kılıçer. The Newells Old Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Semail Kılıçer should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha got control of the ball when Lokman Sağlamtürk tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Monteiro in the 87th minute of play forced Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Semail Kılıçer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Semail Kılıçer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Zabrzeski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Semail Kılıçer came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Elite™- FC Galácticos's Zachary Kosmatka. But to his dismay, Zachary Kosmatka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Newells Old Boys's Çetin Elçibey got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Gino Monteiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Semail Kılıçer. Newells Old Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gino Monteiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Newells Old Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
