The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Lamberto got free with Aristide Iftodi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute Aurel Zeciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes C. S. Peron y Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Placido Montay. Waldir Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Florescu in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Placido Montay got a free kick in the 12th minute. C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Waldir Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Zeciu in the 13th minute of play. Aristide Iftodi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pascual Lamberto's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's 김 곡 got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to C. S. Peron y Belgrano getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Joel Pio hit a great ball. C. S. Peron y Belgrano were furious when Ciriaco Cordarrol was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. C. S. In the 42nd match minute, C. S. Peron y Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Milito to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Balaci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Marino hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Milito to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Milito hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Pascual Lamberto's late challenge caught a CF REALCipri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Lamberto helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes C. S. Peron y Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Lamberto. With a little luck, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Waldir Araújo got control of the ball when Valeriu Marin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Placido Montay hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Valeriu Marin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF REALCipri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 70 minutes into the game, Remus Spârlea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF REALCipri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. S. Peron y Belgrano the free kick. Remus Spârlea kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Waldir Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Florescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes C. S. Peron y Belgrano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mircea Balaci who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Mircea Balaci got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Waldir Araújo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gabriel Milito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Remus Spârlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valeriu Marin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Waldir Araújo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Octavian Florescu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute of the game Remus Spârlea made a throw-in which Aurel Zeciu played forward. Gusmão Azeredo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The C. S. Peron y Belgrano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CF REALCipri were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
