In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atibaia Raiders's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Olave, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Carlos Olave made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. If Usain Bolt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. Juan Carlos Olave was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Erramu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 75 minute of play. Mapovihesa FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
