Zlatan Ibrahimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zbyszek Pawelczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos-Evangelista Didarov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uno Deckberg got free with Marcos-Evangelista Didarov in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zbyszek Pawelczyk scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos-Evangelista Didarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes DINAMO PLOIESTI got a freekick which was hit by Ianis Hagi. The audience was convinced that Zbyszek Pawelczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos-Evangelista Didarov was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With a little luck, DINAMO PLOIESTI's Marcos-Evangelista Didarov got control of the ball when Uno Deckberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute Zbyszek Pawelczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos-Evangelista Didarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Galja Kraków defense, George Bălanescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Marek. The Galja Kraków fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Marek should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Michal Dyczkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos-Evangelista Didarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Bălanescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zlatan Ibrahimov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bogdan Marek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Marek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentin Petre in the 55th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Galja Kraków's Zbyszek Pawelczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When Zbyszek Pawelczyk came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Galja Kraków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszek Pawelczyk couldn't finish the play. Galja Kraków's Leonard Borczak was substituted for Zdzislaw Trynda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 70th minute of play forced DINAMO PLOIESTI's goalkeeper Marcos-Evangelista Didarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Roch Frankowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO PLOIESTI's Marcos-Evangelista Didarov did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos-Evangelista Didarov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When DINAMO PLOIESTI's Kunter Irmak in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galja Kraków's goalie prevented a goal. After 82 minutes of play, Galja Kraków's Roch Frankowski made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos-Evangelista Didarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Pawelczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Claudiu Dragan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Bogdan Marek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Galja Kraków succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though DINAMO PLOIESTI had controlled the match.
