Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wasyl Barniszke started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, FC Norkins's goal looked a bit too open when Miki Jungslund came free, but Leszek Pisarcik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Kaznocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leszek Pisarcik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Dostie in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miki Jungslund got free with Leszek Pisarcik in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Miki Jungslund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leszek Pisarcik was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Michael Owen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leszek Pisarcik, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miki Jungslund in the 24th minute of play forced FC Norkins's goalkeeper Leszek Pisarcik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leszek Pisarcik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilgaz Şirvan in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Walery Czempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes of play, FC Norkins's Wasyl Barniszke made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Bueno was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, FC Norkins's Kajetan Glaza seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kajetan Glaza the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Norkins protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kajetan Glaza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Norkins fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! In the 36th minute Miki Jungslund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Pisarcik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Owen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Leszek Pisarcik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Miki Jungslund scored 4-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Pisarcik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Norkins's Leszek Pisarcik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Norkins from getting a goal against them. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wasyl Barniszke in the 45th minute of play. Leszek Pisarcik made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Miki Jungslund sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

After some careless play in the FC Norkins defense, Michael Owen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leszek Pisarcik. The FC Norkins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leszek Pisarcik should have stopped the shot. After having played for 54 minutes, Michael Owen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Owen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC made a substitution. Hilario Slaughter replaced Gary Thomason. 58 minutes into the match, FC Norkins's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Owen came free, but Leszek Pisarcik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leszek Pisarcik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilgaz Şirvan in the 59th minute of the match. Leszek Pisarcik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Owen, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute of the match, Wasyl Barniszke tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abel Bueno saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leszek Pisarcik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Owen in the 67th minute of play. FC Norkins's Leszek Pisarcik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Owen in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Ilgaz Şirvan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Junior Stover was substituted for Ilgaz Şirvan. Leszek Pisarcik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Owen in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leszek Pisarcik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leszek Pisarcik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Owen went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After 93 minutes of play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Junior Stover made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Pisarcik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
