After a rather tough play, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Agustin Artal got a free kick in the 12th minute. Conny Josefsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tang Quan Yan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conny Josefsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match Conny Josefsson climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Tang Quan Yan. Vilbergen Boys Club's Nils Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Quintal in the 27th minute of play. Conny Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tang Quan Yan having to interfere. Conny Josefssons short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Tang Quan Yan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Vilbergen Boys Club getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alfons Lindberg hit a great ball. Norbert Glembin, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conny Josefsson was the one to do the kick off. Tang Quan Yan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Mattsson in the 51st minute of play. Agustin Artal's late challenge caught a Vilbergen Boys Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Artal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pinheiros Capibaras FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Agustin Artal hit a great ball. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Josefsson in the 53rd minute of play. Conny Josefsson scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tang Quan Yan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tang Quan Yan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Josefsson in the 60th minute of play. If Conny Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vilbergen Boys Club getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Georg Busk hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Vilbergen Boys Club's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Pavlyuchenko came free, but Nils Tunander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tang Quan Yan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conny Josefsson's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. A collision led to Pinheiros Capibaras FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Silvinho Quintal hit a great ball. 5-0 became the score in the 82nd minute when Conny Josefsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Norbert Glembin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Tunander having to interfere. Many of Pinheiros Capibaras FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Pinheiros Capibaras FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Vilbergen Boys Club were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
