Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claes Danielsson made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Vilbergen Boys Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Andreasson came free, but Nils Tunander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jonatan Andreasson got free in front of the goal in the 8th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Nils Tunander was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Vilbergen Boys Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Andreasson came free, but Nils Tunander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SteffosPojkar FF booed when Vilbergen Boys Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Andreasson scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils Tunander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, SteffosPojkar FF's goalkeeper Hubert Ahlfors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conny Josefsson. After 20 minutes of play, SteffosPojkar FF's Jonatan Andreasson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Tunander was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Conny Josefsson lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Hubert Ahlfors. Napoleon Glozor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Tunander having to interfere. Carl Di Canio took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Tunander. Nils Tunander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Nils Tunander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claes Danielsson's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Hubert Ahlfors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Josefsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Nils Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Di Canio in the 35th minute of the match. Jonatan Andreasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, SteffosPojkar FF's Napoleon Glozor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils Tunander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Josefsson in the 41st minute of play forced SteffosPojkar FF's goalkeeper Hubert Ahlfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SteffosPojkar FF's Hubert Ahlfors proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save SteffosPojkar FF from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Vilbergen Boys Club's zone, Carl Di Canio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Tunander came out of the goal and Carl Di Canio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SteffosPojkar FF's Dan Hansson was substituted for Greg Gavan. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conny Josefsson to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Vilbergen Boys Club's Egil Byström got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Nils Tunander came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by SteffosPojkar FF's Otto Kleiveland. But to his dismay, Otto Kleiveland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Dan Hansson struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Nils Tunander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SteffosPojkar FF. Otto Kleiveland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otto Kleiveland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Nils Tunander skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hubert Ahlfors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klas Josefsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Kleiveland got free with Nils Tunander in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner ended in Jonatan Andreasson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vilbergen Boys Club's Nils Tunander did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Josefsson in the 69th minute of play forced SteffosPojkar FF's goalkeeper Hubert Ahlfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, SteffosPojkar FF's goal looked a bit too open when Klas Josefsson came free, but Hubert Ahlfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match, Jonatan Andreasson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nils Tunander saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hubert Ahlfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Mattsson in the 76th minute of play. Jonatan Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Tunander having to interfere. With an all-out effort, SteffosPojkar FF's Nils Tunander threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonatan Andreasson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 81st minute Kenny Liljeström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Ahlfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Glozor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to SteffosPojkar FF getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Otto Kleiveland hit a great ball. With a little luck, Vilbergen Boys Club's Nils Tunander got control of the ball when Otto Kleiveland tried to sneak it across the goal line. SteffosPojkar FF's Hubert Ahlfors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Josefsson in the 96th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SteffosPojkar FF's Apa Banana got a free kick in the 97th minute.
