The audience was convinced that Jairo Malheiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christof Deroek was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Thom Threepwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Lundqvist in the 20th minute of play. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Lundqvist in the 35th minute of the match. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Radiohead Freaks Club! Erik Van Buyten hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Malheiro to make the kick off. Thom Threepwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnathan Bowden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Malheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Christof Deroek made a huge save. Noe Seedorf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christof Deroek having to interfere. Johnathan Bowden's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thom Threepwood read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Radiohead Freaks Club's Roger Bålström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christof Deroek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-3. Cayo Mario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Christof Deroek made a huge save. Selebi-Phikwe's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
