Christof Deroek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Mannuel in the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cóndor Football Club's goalkeeper Evaristo Sabino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 21st minute Johnathan Bowden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Sabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Sabino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johnathan Bowden went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Christof Deroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Mannuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Cóndor Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Johnathan Bowden came free, but Evaristo Sabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Mannuel made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Cóndor Football Club's Fermin Gelmiro got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 54 played minutes Cóndor Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Galoer. The supporters of Selebi-Phikwe booed when Cóndor Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Selebi-Phikwe's Wincent Kanczuszewski was substituted for Erik Van Buyten. After having played for 58 minutes, Vlad Tudose managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
