When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dé Montenegro sped through Ultrasy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebald Gentiletti. Carlos Augusto Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasi Rusin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Kasi Rusin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Augusto Quintal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juliane Rusin's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Carlos Augusto Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kasi Rusin in the 26th minute of the match. Sebald Gentiletti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Montenegro in the 28th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Ultrasy got a freekick which was hit by Zula Drozdowski. 36 minutes into the match, Ultrasy's goal looked a bit too open when Dé Montenegro came free, but Sebald Gentiletti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Drozdowski in the 37th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juliane Rusin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Augusto Quintal came out and tried to block the shot, but Juliane Rusin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Ultrasy's goal looked a bit too open when Anderson Paiva came free, but Sebald Gentiletti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Várzea F.C.'s Anderson Paiva in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juliane Rusin to make the kick off. If Anderson Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Juliane Rusin came free, but Carlos Augusto Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zula Drozdowski succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Rusin in the 65th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Várzea F.C.'s Valdomiro Duarte was substituted for Anderson Paiva. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ultrasy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aloísio Secco was slow to take the kick. During this time Várzea F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Várzea F.C.'s Aloísio Secco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebald Gentiletti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ultrasy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
