An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paulo de Lara in the 18th minute of play forced Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Jarbas Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When José Paulo de Lara came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Florestal Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Paulo de Lara couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Florestal Futebol Clube's Bruno Renan got control of the ball when Karni Yair tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jarbas Pimenta had great luck who in the 63rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Santiago Cidro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Jarbas Pimenta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 69th match minute, Xurupita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Kellbom to maneuver through the defense. Xurupita FC made a substitution. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Renan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jarbas Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
