An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Txaran in the 8th minute of play forced GKS Katowice's goalkeeper Amadeo Roma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leo Ochoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GKS Katowice's Amadeo Roma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Ochoa in the 10th minute of play. Cezary Kasiewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Heli having to interfere. Ludomir Zacharek succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Amadeo Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Ochoa in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Ochoa came free, but Amadeo Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Leo Ochoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Trinidad 4.7's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Kasiewski came free, but Danilo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Leo Ochoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Amadeo Roma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute Leo Ochoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Zacharek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Danilo Heli made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Trinidad 4.7's Marcelino Silvanito got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Leo Ochoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Gurutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Varga came free, but Amadeo Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Trinidad 4.7 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Ochoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 64th match minute, Trinidad 4.7 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Jenaro to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Trinidad 4.7's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Zacharek came free, but Danilo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Roma made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Alejo Gurutz sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute Leo Ochoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GKS Katowice's Amadeo Roma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save GKS Katowice from getting a goal against them.
