Vitinho Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Enéas Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, Danone CC's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Van Hoeyvelt came free, but Isaltino Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Carlos Moreno in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaltino Couto saved Danone CC from getting behind. Isaltino Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Carlos Moreno's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Lidice from getting a goal against them. Vitinho Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Luiz do Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidice's protests and gave Luiz do Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. Luiz do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Jeremias Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Vitinho Gaspar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Velloso in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitinho Gaspar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurício Rodrigues hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Alex Volponi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Jeremias Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danone CC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitinho Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diguinho Teles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vitinho Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Danone CC's Isaltino Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Danone CC from getting a goal against them. Diguinho Teles took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitinho Gaspar. Vitinho Gaspar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Jeremias Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Vitinho Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Velloso came free, but Vitinho Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diguinho Teles couldn't finish the play. Edmundo Gol scored 6-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitinho Gaspar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Danone CC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lidice had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
