The referee ignored Hudiksvalls United's protests and gave Rikard Stenquist a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hudiksvalls United getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rikard Stenquist hit a great ball. If Benjamin Moorlag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th minute, Sebastian Christoffersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Waller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute Benjamin Moorlag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Qvalfeldt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Josef Qvalfeldt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Moorlag got free with Josef Qvalfeldt in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hudiksvalls United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Bram Wessel scored to the left of an out of position Josef Qvalfeldt, making the score, 3-0. Josef Qvalfeldt was a little too slow when Teun Moek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingvar Hökkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls United's Ingvar Hökkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mirko Vervoort narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerjan Brugmans hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Sebastian Christoffersson came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Hudiksvalls United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Christoffersson couldn't finish the play. Mijdrecht Maffia's Bram Wessel got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69thth minute of the game Benjamin Moorlag who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hudiksvalls United's Josef Qvalfeldt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ate Veninga made a precise shot to the right of Josef Qvalfeldt. Hudiksvalls United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 75th minute, Benjamin Moorlag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Moorlag in the 79th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls United's goalkeeper Josef Qvalfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Benjamin Moorlag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mijdrecht Maffia's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Moorlag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josef Qvalfeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Moorlag's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josef Qvalfeldt was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Benjamin Moorlag put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Josef Qvalfeldt. When the referee ended the match the Mijdrecht Maffia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
