Brian Brennand came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Alonzo Atarrabi. But to his dismay, Alonzo Atarrabi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 31 minutes into the match, lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Tobias Constancio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brian Brennand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Prudencio Marcones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The lןןl Plebe Del Emperador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Adelaide's goalie and right to Prudencio Marcones. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Adelaide's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Martin Rodriguez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Brian Brennand came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Rodriguez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 91st minute. Martin Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Brennand having to interfere. lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
