With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murilo Prestes in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 冯星默 saved Dragões de Campo Grande from getting behind. After 36 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Arnaud Clément. In the 36th minute, SORRISO E. In the 38thth minute of the game Murilo Prestes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragões de Campo Grande's 冯星默 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Murilo Prestes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. 冯星默 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half SORRISO E. C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murilo Prestes in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 冯星默 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute SORRISO E. C. were awarded a corner. Murilo Prestes went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on SORRISO E. C.'s corner Murilo Prestes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 冯星默 quite easily take care of the ball. Dragões de Campo Grande's José Maria Coutinho was substituted for Charles Fonseca. In the 88th minute, Samuca Chaves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 冯星默 was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Murilo Prestes. 91 minutes into the game, Murilo Prestes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. 冯星默 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
