Bennvar Post ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bennvar Post got free with Aaron Ramsdal in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pål Sefastsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ðuza Glowacz in the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Melander came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ðuza Glowacz in the 13th minute of play forced National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pål Sefastsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ðuza Glowacz in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Ðuza Glowacz fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Eddie Hake kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Aaron Ramsdal was a little too slow when Tymoteusz Watarz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Bennvar Post scored to the left of an out of position Aaron Ramsdal, making the score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in National Team Cape-Verde's zone, Ðuza Glowacz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pål Sefastsson came out of the goal and Ðuza Glowacz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Aaron Ramsdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Melander in the 44th minute of play. With his leg Aaron Ramsdal managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when National Team Cape-Verde's Bennvar Post fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to National Team Cape-Verde getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Tymoteusz Watarz hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredric Melander to make the kick off. Aaron Ramsdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bennvar Post, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Watarz in the 53rd minute of play forced Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torbjörn Berg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Ramsdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klas Bergqvist in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in National Team Cape-Verde's zone, Torbjörn Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pål Sefastsson came out of the goal and Torbjörn Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The National Team Cape-Verde fans cheered their team off the field, for while Elmtaryd Agunnaryd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
