In the 4th match minute, Vikingos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Torm to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match, Vladimiro Lauro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arkadiusz Barniszke saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 8th match minute, FC Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Falk to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Bugajski came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Barcelona were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Vikingos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tanek Zielinski took the corner. Marek Torm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Barniszke made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Vladimiro Lauro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vikingos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 26 minutes FC Barcelona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per-Olof Vallmark who took care of the corner kick. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Pawlak in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, FC Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Falk to maneuver through the defense. Klement Gonsiewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sebastián Sosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szymon Bugajski in the 37th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Klement Gonsiewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Vladimiro Lauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vikingos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Lauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arkadiusz Barniszke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Barcelona's Korneliusz Pawlak got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Lauro came free, but Arkadiusz Barniszke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Luciano Lleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Bugajski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arkadiusz Barniszke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Torm, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ladislao Erramu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Arkadiusz Barniszke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Marek Torm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
