Ion Chificeac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Gabrielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Stanislaw Marchewka scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Chificeac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Alex Team's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Åke Gabrielsson came free, but Ion Chificeac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Dumitru Doloman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 20 minutes into the game, Mario Jakobe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ion Chificeac was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ion Chificeac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Jakobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuuno Tälli in the 29th minute of play forced Alex Team's goalkeeper Ion Chificeac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Alex Team got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Moura. Ion Chificeac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Jakobe in the 34th minute of play. Ion Chificeac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kuuno Tälli made a kick off. Gavril Anghelescu scored 0-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Chificeac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 55th minute of play forced Alex Team's goalkeeper Ion Chificeac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kuuno Tälli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ion Chificeac. That made the score 0-4 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Alex Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Bodiu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Alex Team's Ion Chificeac got control of the ball when Mario Jakobe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Mario Jakobe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ion Chificeac. The goal made the score 0-5. After a rather tough play, Alex Team's João Francisco Moura got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, Alex Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Kostrzewa to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Kuuno Tälli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ion Chificeac. Alex Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kuuno Tälli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Mario Jakobe came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ion Chificeac could save by the left post. Viola Invest's Kuuno Tälli was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 80 minutes Alex Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Su who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Alex Team's João Francisco Moura got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute Gavril Anghelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Chificeac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ion Chificeac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Su in the 87th minute of play. Alex Team's Ion Chificeac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavril Anghelescu in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Alex Team getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. João Francisco Moura hit a great ball. Kuuno Tälli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Ion Chificeac made a huge save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 93rd minute, but Ion Chificeac got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Alex Team hanging dry this time. When the match was over Viola Invest could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alex Team throughout the match.
