Traian Traian took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maksymilian Prusinowski. Maksymilian Prusinowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maksymilian Prusinowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fotbal Club Vaslui were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after 1909 Tarnovia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teodor Huștiu took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Toader Muncelean got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maksymilian Prusinowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 13 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Grocholski came free, but Genaro Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Ludomir Werra managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Maksymilian Prusinowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Neves in the 18th minute of the match. Traian Traian might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maksymilian Prusinowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Traian ran back to his position shaking his head. The corner ended in Ludomir Werra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fotbal Club Vaslui's Genaro Montez did a great save. A collision led to 1909 Tarnovia getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ulryk Podolski hit a great ball. Genaro Montez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdzislaw Biraga in the 34th minute. Traian Traian scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maksymilian Prusinowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Ulryk Podolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prosper Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Maksymilian Prusinowski was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Traian Traian capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Traian Traian really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 60th minute, Toader Muncelean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Montez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prosper Vandamme in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Traian Traian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Matías Azevedo was substituted for Traian Traian. Fotbal Club Vaslui made a substitution. Eliodor Bosânceanu replaced Teodor Huștiu. Genaro Montez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdzislaw Biraga in the 84th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matías Azevedo got free with Maksymilian Prusinowski in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matías Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fotbal Club Vaslui walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
